When you need to reorder, don't hesitate to use alldaychemist.com. My experiences with them have been wonderful, and their prices are far better than River.

Thank you Goin4More. I'll be in contact with them.
I got my money back from River today without calling my bank. I still don't know why they don't send me a number or just say it was sent unregistered though on their website I can read: shipped Tracking Number: Om Courier (No url available)

You're the first case of difficulty with River that we've heard. This is good info, but might have been beyond their control. I believe they use USPS (not UPS) which doesn't give a track # for internat'l shipments.

The more important lesson in this for all of us is to plan ahead. Someone mentioned in a post that naltrexone might be harder to get online as it gets more attention. This prompted me to order a large batch from River, in advance of when I needed them.

I don't remember how long it took, but when they arrived it was clear Customs had opened the inner and outer packages. River can't control this but still it made me nervous.

The bottom line is, we are end-running the requirement that nal be dispensed by rx in our native country and there is some risk attendant to that. For me, the risk is worth it because I will not have alcohol issues on my med. record.

Next time I am ordering from alldaychemist because they are about half the price of River. But they can't control Customs either and you just never know what will happen.

At least it's good to know you got your refund. Thanks for sharing the info. Let's all remember to order early.

I agree Lena there are some thing beyond their control.
To me it's still a mystery why they just don't tell you it was sent unregistered (if it was). Instead on their website you can read "om courier" while in emails "ups".
Alldaychemist tell you they send a package to Europe through the US. You can track it to the US but after that they use unregistered mail.

Hello everyone,

Do you know more reliable pharmacy than river that sells nal without prescription? I've ordered naltrexone but didn't get it. After a few emails I was told there were some problems with UPS and the address I provided. But UPS had no idea about any package and the lady from river couldn't even send me the tracking number.
I know many of you used river without any problems but when you hear the same story about "shipping center" and dumb explanations instead of sending you just the number you give up.
I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody. Please help me in finding something better.

River has been great for me. But they ship USPS, not UPS. I wonder if you ordered from a spoof site? The lady at River is VERY nice. She even shipped me naltrexone and let me mail a check in so I could pay from my health savings account (she shipped before the check arrived).

FWIW, the packages CAN be tracked on the USPS site but the status isn't updated often. Usually it sits on "inbound into customs" for a while and the day it says "outbound from customs" it arrives.

I got Revia other way. Let's leave it as an incident.
