Here is a link, suggested by Dr, Eskapa, to a site where you can find a doctor who prescribes suboxone, an opiate withdrawal drug. Dr. E thought they might be willing to understand and prescribe naltrexone, since the two drugs have rather similar properties. You have no guarantee these docs will have heard of nal, much less understand it. But it's worth a shot, especially since he has isurance.
