thanks for asking. The last week has been pretty hectic with work, as will the next two. Consumption was a bit down - 85 units this week - still way too many, but at least less than weeks 8&9.

If I'm honest, I guess I'm a little frustrated at the moment - but I'm committed to following this method through - as I'd hoped to see some reasonable reductions now that I'm almost 3 months in. On the flip side, I suppose I've been drinking way too much for a long time, so there is a lot of extinction to take place!

I was really frustrated during that time of TSM as well. The problem is, you can't really see/feel extinction working, but rest assured it is.

Just go into cruise control and let Nal take you where it will take you.

managed one AF day this week and units slightly down overall - which given there was a big family function on last weekend probably wasn't too bad. The next week is extremely busy at work for me, so I doubt my consumption will be high. Fingers crossed

as predicted, last week was very busy at work, so didn't drink as much as usual, despite being at 3 social functions and having no AF days. I let it rip a little last Friday, so I'm almost certainly going to be above 66 units this week. I am planning however to take two AF days this week - I need to be do some chauffering for a family member on Wednesday and I'm hoping to get out tonight to an AF event.

I'm almost at the 3 month mark now, so I'm hoping for some changes soon, but I'll persevere regardless. My initial supply of Nal is coming to an end - think I have 12 or so tablets left, so I've ordered more from AllDayChemist.com

cravings are relatively low now sbts, so I'm guardedly optimistic

Consumption down again - to 64 units and 2 AF days. Yay! Both were planned and neither was particularly difficult. Felt some cravings the day after I have to admit, but nothing too bad. I dunno if I imagined it, but despite looking forward to having a drink last night and thinking about it occasionally for a few hours beforehand, I actually lost track of time till well after my normal 'start time' and then when I did pour the drink I only had one (large admittedly!) glass which took me a long time to work through. The part I'm not sure if I imagined is that it tasted a little 'funny'. I know some people here have reported that near the end, so hopefully it is a good sign, now that I'm at the 3 month mark. Even if not, it was still a good week.

I'm running relatively low on NTX right now - I ordered from alldaychemist 5 days ago but despite receiving confirmation emails immediately their website is still showing no new information. SBTS (if you read this) - how long did yours take to arrive?

Looking good- especially the funny taste thing! well done on the AF days. I ordered my nal on aug 8 adn eventually received them 31st- they didnt dispatch initially cos of celebrating indian independence day then it had to go via the US cos there is some customs problem between india and ireland. If it looks like you might run out you can pm me and i will post you some.

thanks for the offer SBTS - very kind of you. 23 days - wow! Just checked my 'stash' and I have 21 pills left - so I should be ok. If I've nothing by the time I'm down to the last 10 or so I'll drop my dose to 1/2 pills

where does the time go?!!

I've been busy again this week, and a little disappointed that consumption was up a little. That said I had no AF days this week, so I suppose consumption/drinking day is down a little. I had two evenings planned this week, both of which would have been AF, but both were cancelled at short notice. I also cut my nal dose back to 25 this week, not sure if that made any difference. My supply is down to a couple of weeks and I'm still waiting on all day chemist for a re-up. Their customer service is very good to be fair, but their delivery is sloooooow - although it is more or less travelling all round the world in two steps!

I'm determined to do a bit better this week, and have a few things planned to help 'distract me. Current 'estimates' based on my trendline would suggest another 1-3 months before I'm in 'moderate drinking' territory.
