Guys, I'm trying to fix the stupid graphic at the top of the page and the CSS is killing me - not working as I expect. I'm still working on it.

I just wanted to tell you this so you know it won't be as cheesy as it looks right now!

What I want to do is center the logo image at the top but set a repeating (x) background for the (td) or (div) that's up there (to fill in the sides of the centered logo). The logo is obviously fine, but the background image won't show up no matter what I do.

Plenty of CSS and web dev experience here, let me know if I can help.

(I'm not sure what it is that you're attempting to achieve)

Just guessing here, but you might want to try something like this:
Code:
background: #fff url(./images/background.gif) repeat-x top center;


Also make sure that the location of the gif file is correct.
