I am sleepy just reading this! My heart goes out to you, D2M - I cannot identify at all, b/c I can sleep pretty much like a baby, esp. after my usual 5-6 glasses of wine every night. Factor in a physically exhausting day like today, and...well...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz The little NAL nightmares are pretty much gone, too.
