houtx -- Don't forget that when mabelee graphed your numbers, you showed unmistakable progress. Especially when we are making slow progress, those numbers can be like a watched pot.

Occasionally I shoot Roy Eskapa an email just to update him on us. One time I mentioned that quite a few of us were discouraged at the slow progress. He responded ("on the fly" as he often does): It undulates. the only constant is the Golden Rule.

Bob said in his progress thread that there are times when he would have been better off just taking the nal and drinking. I'm sort of at that stage myself. I see A LOT of overthinking on these threads right now.

I DO NOT think YOU are overthinking; you've been patient and brave. I once posted that the Purple Hearts in this war are awarded for patience. You deserve one. Just try to remember: It IS working for you; you have made progress. It's just more slowly than we'd all hoped for you.

Remember, due to technical difficulties, the determination you needed just to register for the board?? We had to reach out and grab you as you hopped on the moving train. We're not slowing down so there's no getting off. So settle in and enjoy the scenery as the ride "undulates."

BTW this is a pep talk to myself as well.

I don't know what I'd do without you, Lena! Thank you for this. I can't believe you remember my "hopping on the train" drama! LOL - Your post made me feel as nurtured as if my mother were tucking me in after some chicken soup & a back scratch.
