Sante, yes I too was sorta nuts on the Topa, anxiety plus a lot of rage! I usually get side affects from meds so I was really scared to try this and low and behold a bit of nausea the first week and that was it! I do get the sweats on and off and vivid dreams/nightmares but I can live with that very easily! So just in case be prepared for menopause all over again, lol!!!
