Day 1 - 50mg nal made me so sick I had a few oz of wine and fell asleep around 10:30pm, got up for a few hours in the morning to work, then back to bed til 2pm. Felt like I'd been put in the wash machine and left over night. Terrified of taking nal again.

Day 2 - took 25mg of nal at 6pm waited an hour, had no desire to drink, but had a glass of wine. Am feeling nausea and really sleep, it's only 7:30, but I may just go to bed. I practically had to choke down the last bit of wine.

What is really amazing to me is that the first drink doesn't have that "aaaahhh" tingle feeling. The wine actually feels different on my tongue and going down. Like ... oh anything else that I drink. There is no magic. Ok, the sick feeling is getting pretty intense, better go lay down.

Stick with 25 mg until your body adapts to the nal. I had a similar experience when I first started as have most of us here. Within a week the nausea and other side effects should subside. Your interest in wine will probably spike back up when your body gets acclimated to the nal -- that's typical. Stick with it, TSM works. Welcome to the board.
