For those still reading this thread, I posted a link to suboxone doctors at the suggestion of Dr. Eskapa. Suboxone is used to treat opiate addicts. Eskapa thinks that since the two drugs share similar properties, suboxone docs may not have the same bias against naltrexone. Suboxone docs may also be more likely to write a scrip without hassling the patient. I did check and there are many suboxone docs in the Portland area. Just FYI if you need a backup plan.
