In the past, when you have had vacation or extended leisure time, did you drink heavy during those periods? If so, you are just discovering another scenario that still needs to be extinguished... You know, you are exactly correct! This is the first full week off I have had since starting TSM. Days off used to be my heaviest drinking days. I guess I have not conditioned myself for large amounts of idle time. I wonder how I should conquer this part of the addiction? If I drank "normally", it would be too much, if the last 2 days are any indication. I really would rather have a couple AF days. On the other hand, a lot of this planning is somewhat theoretical. Since I only drink Guinness and nothing else, the local store is down to one six pack and I only have 1 bottle left in the fridge. I don't know when the local store gets restocked or if they will get restocked by the end of the weekend. So all this planning may be moot. We'll see. Bob PS Thanks, christy! I took so long composing this that we cross-posted. Thanks for the encouragement. I made a commitment to stick with TSM through the end of the year and I will keep that commitment. I won't give up. PPS Thanks Nick! I took so long composing the PS to christy that we cross-posted. Nick, I don't have any plans to bail out as soon as I'm cured. Although admittedly, it's hard to keep up with something that you're not going through any longer. I'll probably be like SR and pop in once a week, but I still have 9,763 more triggers to go, so it'll be awhile.
