Hi Perk, and welcome. I am a binge drinker who has followed the Sinclair method for over 9 months. It has made me basically a moderate to rare drinker who occasionally has a bad night. (which is never as bad as it was pre-sinclair). I don't keep a chart like the others but I do keep track. I have such long periods of abstinance like 13 or 15 days so a chart is kinda not for me. I learn alot from others and want success for every person here because it has been so helpful to me. So as to your point about if you take the Nal everyday how are you supposed to get the good endorphins re-enforced. I think that for a period of time until you get more af days under your belt it may be harder but only for a temporary time. Keep your eyes on those who are a bit ahead of you and they will give you tons of answers. Many of those here working through the method are very good at working through the details of how to handle stuff. But I am blathering.
