The leaflet included with my Selincro says to take the medication 1-2 hours before drinking. Now then, I have read somewhere it always has to be 2 hours. What is correct?

Today I only managed to wait 1,5 hours before the first drink. If neccesary, I will try to prolong it next time. I am happy to report though that the side effects were better than the last time. No nausea or sickness, but Ifeel somewhat spaced out and have some spasms.

From what I've read, C3Europe has written that 2 hours is the optimal time for Selincro.
