I know there is a doc who utilizes TSM in Lexington but thats about 1.5 hours or so from me. Before I book an appt with him can anyone advise of a Dr. in the Louisville or surrounding area ?

Called and have an appt for this Thursday. They dont accept insurance but I have enough HSA that I can work with him for a good while. Ill report back once I have met with him

Excellent! You'll likely be able to restock that HSA with what you save on alcohol. I was dropping over $400/mo on booze, my treatment paid me back pretty quickly.

If you have to buy the pills out of pocket too, use GoodRx.com to get a discount coupon to use at local pharmacies. Costco and Sam's Club pharmacies might have good prices too, you don't need a membership to use them. You should be able to get 30 tabs for $40 or less.
