So I can't stand AA. Don't like the philosophy, don't like what I've experienced of it in practice. I tried a CBT-based workbook when I first started taking nal, got bored, never finished it.
Then I discovered this program called SMART Recovery, which is based on CBT. I tried it. I like it. I haven't done the meetings, but the book is great and super-helpful (

I really think that the combination of SMART Recovery and taking a longer AF break was what helped me get to where I am today.
