Totally normal, Random. It's an odd chart where you don't see a "Honeymoon Effect" with TSM. Usually, there's an initial decrease, followed by an increase, followed by a slower roll-off. It's important to note that this back and forth continues throughout TSM, but if you track your drinks and keep a graph, you'll find both the highs and the lows getting lower.
Just focus on compliance and throw pauses into the habitual part of your drinking (after the first drink) and really verify that you want that next drink. Also, even before you take the pill, be sure that you're feeling a genuine craving, take the pill and then find something to busy yourself for an hour while the Nal kicks in. That waiting period is critical and works to build anticipation of the "endorphin reward" in the brain. Then you take the drink, slowly to show the brain that the reward isn't there anymore (despite the fact that the booze feels like booze), so the brain begins to break the association.
