Update:

Everything I wrote a year ago under "Two Years Ago I Was Always Drunk" is still valid, just better. Now I rarely think about alcohol. I drink wine most nights with my dinner, -but never to excess, and hangovers are completely a thing of the past.

I take a NAL every afternoon. Without exception. I simply regard it as another of my prescriptions that I take every day for high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Small (very) price to pay.

Now I even go out socially and do things where there's alcohol without thinking twice and with nothing bad ever happening. Before I discovered TSM I had avoided all such places and situations because they would end in disaster. As a result I became a bit of a recluse. No more!

My story is in the Cured List, if anyone is looking for inspiration. For me at least, TSM is an unqualified success and it saved my life.

I wish all of you as much success as I. See you in a year when I reach the 4 year anniversary. I have no doubt whatsoever that it will be reached!

That's just so wonderful to hear. I'm with ya too. Actually last weekend I drank more than normal, probably about 7 drinks. I actually felt a tad bit drunk for the first time in almost 2 years. The next day I suffered a mild hangover that was mostly in the form of tiredness.

I guess that's what it feels like to be 'normal'

The kicker is, that night I still had no desire for alcohol. In the past prior to TSM a hang over actually was withdrawal and by mid to late after noon I'd start suffering the harshest symptoms of withdrawal. That's gone now thanks to the miracles of modern medicine.

Congrats Clarion, so happy to hear it.
