Sounds like you got a great confirmation from the Nal, very glad to hear it. TSM can be rather up and down though, there's often a "Honeymoon" effect wherein you get an initial decrease followed by a rebound. If that happens, don't worry as your drinking will roll off more slowly from the rebound. Just stay compliant with the dosing and use whatever conscious cramdown efforts/tricks/techniques that you've used in the past to limit the number of drinks per day. Generally, you let craving determine the number of drinking days and use mindful drinking techniques to set the number of drinks per day. Have a look at this page for general TSM tips:
