thats crazy ive literally had the exact same response, im currently on the second day of major side effects. I thought they were pretty much gone earlier today, but its back with a vengeance. First i felt insanely sick and had a massive headache, then had night sweats and im at about 48 hours out from taking the pill and its going strong with the side effects. its basically like the flu, i had another weird thing tho i woke up this morning and my knee is super messed up. ive torn my acl twice and had two surgeries, did no physical activity the last two days at all, didnt even hardly walk around cause ive been sick, yet i woke up wtih my knee feeling like i pushed it way too hard on a run or something. pretty strange. Did you end up starting on a smaller dose again? im gonna start again after a couple days of no side effects at 12.5 mg, maybe even a little bit lower then that and just build slowly

My first side effects were also terrible, I had all the symptoms you described.
