A while ago Dr. Eskapa suggested that we consider posting this link to a resource for doctors who are qualified to prescribe suboxone, a drug used to treat opiate addicts. Suboxone has properties similar to naltrexone, so perhaps these doctors, familiar with suboxone, will grasp TSM more easily than other MD's and therefore be willing to prescribe it. At least they will be more easy to educate about TSM. There remains that pesky warning about liver function in the prescribing info, but MD's should understand this was based on a single study in which subjects were administered 300 mg nal --
six times the 50mg for TSM protocol.
