Honestly, I'm not doing that great!! The honeymoon period is definitely over. I am noticing an INCREASE in cravings and consumption. I'm trying not to panic, from what I've read on here it can be common to have an uptick in weeks 3 - 4. It is also very clear to me that I cannot have wine in my house. I know that but made a bad choice last weekend. Anyway, its gone now.
So far this week I'm on-track to meet my pre-TSM levels of 40 units. Hoping to break that streak though as the week is young . . .
How are you focusing on mindfulness??
