Hey Guys, specifically JSP Bardo and you regular guys/gals. I've been doing very well, but having a hiccup tonight, I've had major pressures with my business and that's just an excuse isn't it so I've had a bit too much to drink, not major, but more than I've had for ages. I've just switched to Naltrexone and taken half a 50mg tab, is that enough? I know I'm just feeling sorry for myself as it's coming up to the anniversary of me losing my brother at a very young age suddenly and unexpectedly and I'm obviously extremely sad, I know Illl get back on track again, is it ok to have a hiccup like this? I feel bad but I want to keep making progress, how do you cope with a set back?

Boo, since you're used to Nalmefene you may well need to be using a full tab of Naltrexone as soon as you can tolerate it. That being said, it's entirely common for intake to rise suddenly on TSM, frequently it pops up a bit just before notching down another level.

don't sweat the hiccup, as it's part of the larger plan. I too recommend a full tab if you can, as it will really help. Nal on! and good luck to you.
