I was able to have one 10% alcohol beer for a 2 unit count for the evening. pretty moderate if you ask me!

How's Jeff managing?

Thanks joe! Jeff s doing well, he has been practicing a lot. He is a classical guitarist and has a concert this tuesday night out of town so I will miss it.
He drinks strong IPA'S so each beer is like 9% alcohol. Friday night he had 3 pints of higher end beers so that was like 7 beers/units.
He is fine driving like that, he insists.

slept well last night.
We went to a percussion concert last night, they were great!
A lot of it was marimbas. think zylophones.
We went with my girl friend Nicole.
Afterward we went to the tap room for a beer.
I ended up drinking a strong stout, delicious.
Stopped at one because 1 equals 2.25 beers.
Drank 2 large glasses of water there and ate a cup of bar snacks....
So that was moderate drinking.
The sun is out...it rained most of the day yesterday.
Poor northern louisiana...I don't know the weather forecast for today.
For their sake I hope the rains have stopped.
