  No pressure, Maggie, but when you are ready... I think of you often because I have four Guiness in my downstairs fridge we bought for a guest and he only drank two. Nobody else will touch the stuff. Does it go bad? Would tossing it be a sin?

LOL Deena - no, it doesn't go bad - but do not toss it - you never know - someone might want it ! I am thinking about doing the cleanse - but only thinking about it - the mere thought of it worries for some reason - I am very set in my ways with food and eat very simply - sort of! Do not like junk food etc., but whenever I have tried things like stopping wheat (for an example) I always feel poorly ..... I will go to your link and see what I can have ......

Hugs, Maggie x

I seriously doubt that you need a cleanse, maggie, based upon what you have told me you eat very healthfully. xoxo Newlife
