It has been my first experience, so I can say there is not enough time...I need a month, for it has been awesome!

It sounds like you are in good spirits, and I am glad you are doing better.

Just a fleeting visit to update my units as busy busy busy !!
Sat - half bottle of wine !! Impressed my mum as I had 4 glasses and had only drank half....plus left rest of bottle !! ...5 units
Sunday - 3 drinks 6 units
Monday as above
Tues small wine 2 ...2 bikers 4 ...6 total

Hi all. Finally I have got round to catching up with myself !!

So our half term holiday ended with Halloween. And I have to say it was the SCARIEST (well apart from a near fatal car crash ) the worst thing I have ever been through. I lost control following a Halloween party and had the mother of all nalovers. Not only could I not take my little boy to school.....I couldn't pick him up or do anything for him. I spent 24 hours feeling like my heart was gonna beat out my chest and shaking like hell. Hot ...cold...sweats and sick. I came extremely close to going to A &E !!

That was Monday. Tuesday I was still bad in the morning but felt better as the day went on. Finally it's Wednesday and although I still feel a bit shaky I am once again performing my motherly duties and even went for a run. NOT something I ever want to repeat though.

Little to say I didn't record over the weekend...but am happy to say I now have 3 AF days under my belt and will be having another tommorrow.

So bye for now ....I will report in again soon !xxxxx

I am glad you are pulling off those AF days, for I tried doing 3 after my first nal over, but I would end up over drinking (how I had nal over back to back).

I think you are doing an awesome job.

Thursday November 5th ....now 4 days AF and I know I won't really want a drink tommorrow.
....might buy 1 bottle of wine to drink over the weekend ??

Well pretty good weekend ! One bottle of wine lasted two nights ....and two small beers on Sunday.

I'm definately not getting that aah feeling !! Yey !
