I'm a bit of an amateur linguist, so allow me to translate, if I might. "Bangle" in Man-speak = "watch".
I get that "run I g" = "running", but "Poughkeepsie" leaves me scratching my head a bit. Not sure how any word that makes sense there (gave? bought? purchased?) could be auto-corrupted into "Poughkeepsie"! Oh, how I love language!
And I'm sorry that your day was "pants", but that's another one that makes me smile. I get you about the ironing and rock and roll. I turned 40 a week ago and my big birthday bash was a sewing lesson at my mom's.

Hang in there; your units will come down. You don't need to white-knuckle it as long as you follow the golden rule. It's still early days, and when taking the pill and waiting the hour get to be a habit, then you can start working on the rest. It's like antidepressants. They don't fix you; they just make you well enough to get to work in therapy and finish the job yourself.
