Ok, I am wondering if the full pill is too much for me, so I am going to try .75 of a pill and check out the drinking and see how much I am dragging. Then tomorrow I am going to try to go back to the half a pill. I will take any input on this decision.
Jaba, you really are not drinking much at all, I would consider you normal.
I am fine now that I am up and have been around but this morning was just horrid, I am so tired. Not a work out tired, the kind of tired I get when my thyroid is off.
I will let you all know how tomorrow goes.

Meggie - I am not sure if being tired is a particular SE of Nal .... I seem to recall that you were often feeling tired though - so maybe it isn't the Nal ? but yes try going down to 3/4 of a tab and see if that makes a difference. maybe try doing some exercise and see if that helps too ....often exercise will give you some energy.

Hugs, Maggie x

Thank you all, I am trying the 3/4 tablet tonight and check my fatigue. I am only tired in the morning, it is like I can't wake up and have to fight to stay awake. I am fine by 9.
Yes, I do have a thyroid condition and take medication. It was checked again in July and it was fine. I keep track of my cholesterol and t4 and t3. I write it on an index card and carry with me in my planner. It is a different tired then the thyroid, when I had the thyroid I was tired all day. I will check this and see what happens. It is almost 8 pm and I don't feel like a drink. It would be great if the lower dose still work. :D

Ok, much better morning, I wasn't as tired. Jaba, I think you are right, I assume it is like a sleeping pill tired. I take melatonine to sleep. Going to try a half tonight.

I gather I have been busy, just saw your post Jaba. I will cut down on the Mel, and it has helped to cut the Nal in half. I had a doc appointment and I now need to just pick up the script. He said that some people are using Nal and wellbrutrin as a diet medication. I also sad that I am being honest here and don't want alcoholism on my record. He took it off, yes!. He did say that my buspirone may hinder the nal. not badly, but I have been on it for years and don't think it is really working. So I am going to work on getting off.
I didn't do good last night, felt like crap today. Not doing that again.
