One of the 30 year olds at school wants me as a partner. She has young children so she won't be dependable, I always seem to find younger partners.

jaba, thanks for the compliment. I am usually very active and have been a gym person for over 15 years.
I have two good friends that have been very sick or taken by this disease, I don't know why I don't let their experience teach me. I went to a memorial yesterday of a friend that died of this disease. I think he thought that beer wasn't that bad. He was 59, and he was just getting back to his family.

Oh Meggie I am so sorry about your friend - yes AL is deadly and we all think that it isn't going to cause US harm - but all of us are that other person ! I understand about the 30 year old and you thinking she is not going to be reliable - but at least why not give it a shot ? A friend and I used to walk four miles every morning - we met outside up the street so there was NO calling out the door and saying that we were not going to go that morning - it really does work when someone else is there waiting for you !

Hugs, Maggie x

Yesterday was a busy active day, I put away all the lawn furniture, cut back most of flowers and we just have to close the pool. My husband was away and when he is gone I am able to get a lot accomplished. I chalked up 7000 steps in just a several hours.
Even with all the activity, I find I am so tired every morning. Does this medication make others tired? I don't find that it takes the joy away from things. I still enjoy a good meal, a good workout, and the joy of my students. This morning I just didn't want to get out of bed. I slept so much this weekend. The job is stressful, but not anymore then usual.
Thanks all for the support.

I, too, have been more tired than usual, but I have chalked it up to my mood being affected and the fact that I have not been working out. Maybe it is the nal, but if it is, it is worth it.
