Thanks Newlife - I actually did not go down - something that UKB said on our FB page - about keeping things simple - and I was scared that if I did go down I would be taking a step backwards! So I have tried to stop worrying - I am going to find ChrisB's post about it suddenly kicking in after two years and take that to heart - then if it works before then - I will be made up !!!!

Whilst different doses do seem to be beneficial for some TSMers, I'm a bit wary of being diverted by the doseage, away from the real issue - which is taking the Nal, drinking and making use of opportunties to break habitual behaviour.
