I don't know much about Baclofen except that it is addictive and Naltrexone is not! When I was drinking heavy and wanted to quit I gravitated to muscle relaxants when trying to sober up. My choice of drug was Flexerol. I only used it on rare occasions but it would knock me out good so I could sleep through the more unpleasant parts. In my humble opinion it's not a good idea to trade one addiction off for another. You may have to ween of the Baclofen .

I've been very successful on 12.5mgs for reasons that other posers mention above. If you are practicing TSM and find your self still drinking ten drinks a night then you will need a larger dose so that when you go to sleep at night the Naltrexone will not wear out in the presence of alcohol.

As a fast responder who went down from 13 drinks a night to 3 within a few days I don't need to up my dose though I do on occasions that I think I might be out late.

The clinical trials were all conducted with 50mg if I remmeber correctly so if you wnat to stick by the book then do it like that.

Back often isn't addictive as such. It builds physical dependency in a tolerance type way, withdrawls are only physical and there are not any cravings.

Now fully in control, alcohol no longer bothers me. Chose to go AF from 22nd July 2013.
TSM set me free
