Dee, and Maggie,
I am not feeling anything when I am off the nal. And something that Steve said got me thinking that maybe linking days together until I do feel something will let me know when the nal. is out of my system and is no longer blocking my receptors. So, I decided that this week I will do 4 days, and next week I will do 5 days, etc., until I can feel those feel good endorphins.
I would like to feel great in the morning; instead, I am having very disturbing dreams, and I am not sleeping as sound as I do on the nal. (go figure I finally found something to let me sleep sound and it is taking the joy out of my life

). I wonder if it is possible that I have less receptors than normal and that is why being off of it I get no good feelings?

Really interesting that things that are happening to you - I do NOT sleep well on the Nal - but do agree with Steve in having a break from the Nal - it takes me three days to get it out of my system - and then I do feel good. The odd thing is that it has taken me about 7 months to get to that point - but I now do feel it when I have been on the Nal for a period of time, so understand why you are doing what you are doing. VERY impressed with your fortitude !!
