Hi! I know it has been a couple months and the summer has just been flying by!! I have been keeping track of my drinks though and taking Nal. I was pretty much stuck at the same numbers until last week. Last Tuesday the 21st I decided to quit drinking for 20 days to jump start my fitness challenge. I work out 4-5 days a week and have been trying to shed my extra 15 pounds left over from having my third child. She is two years old now and I realized that I am going to stay stuck at this weight and fitness level unless I cut out wine for a while. The wine is adding extra calories plus it lowers my inhibitions to stick to healthy eating. So I have gone almost a whole week without drinking at all. I am so determined to meet this fitness goal that even though I would like wine, I would like a better body more.

I also think this gives me a chance to reset my tolerance level and I would like to go back to drinking moderately when the 20 days are up. My updated numbers are in my signature. Last week which was week 30, I had 10 drinks total (because of Sunday & Monday) but nothing since Tuesday. I hope you all are having a good summer!!
