Hey Cheeto - I have just started TSM and I have read on other posts if you have a marathon drinking day you should take a "booster". I wish I was more like you and would fall asleep after 10 drinks but unfortunately the more I drink ... the more I drink

! However for the 3rd night in a row I have been way below my normal intake. Tonight went to dinner at a place that offers 2 for 1 drinks all day. had a lovely dinner with the wife and left my 4th beer pretty much untouched when we left. I would have previously not have left the place until I had finished every bit of my drink and maybe even my wife's drink as well! So I am hoping as time goes on and the NAL works its magic that the need to even think of taking a booster goes away. That is my hope and dream.
As far as the book goes, I am just into the first couple of chapters which seem to be background and justifications. Which is fine with me - but as soon as I read the reasoning and the science behind it on this web site I was a believer. As I act like a junkie when I get on a drinking roll. I have to have more, and more and then a lot more when I drink. I could never scientifically explain why I drank to excess. It is not in my nature to be: out of control - to act foolish in public- to say mean and stupid things - etc. Now that I understand the science behind it - I hope I am able to be rebooted and be in control of alcohol intake for the first time in my life.
