Hi Badger, did you take 75 mg the 2 nights you drank before your 5 AF days or did you take 75 mg on all the days including your AF days?

hi Cheeto,

I took 75mg thurs-sun the week before last & drank a fair bit on each of those nights, but with very noticeably less "buzz" than usual. I took 75mg weds & fri last week when I drank, & was AF (without Nal) the other five days

Wow Badger! That is incredible! I think my jaw was literally dropping reading your post. It makes me wonder if I should up my dose to 75mg as well? 5 days AF is amazing! you must be really happy!

week 25 update:

4 effortless AF's this week. drank a bit more than I would have liked when I did drink, but still fairly restrained by my usual standards

I'm really enjoying my AF time, & being able to do things I wouldn't/couldn't have done the next day if I'd been hungover. I am rather pink after a day out in the sunshine yesterday though ;)

hope everyone is doing okay

I'm delighted, but still cautious. the AF's are coming easy, but I'm still a way away from being able to have two drinks & stop when I do drink

I'm still taking 75mg - I do notice a *real* difference over 50mg. I haven't posted my graph for a while, but here it is - you can see that I'd been having a pretty crappy time of it the last few months, so I felt I needed to do something different

(the yellow line is a 4-week rolling average btw)
