I know what mc dad means by not wasting it.....he has taken it therefore may as well drink....not that I seem to have any SE's, but if we lose some of the joy in life by taking the Nal, then may as well drink. I know where he is coming from....do not agree but know what he means.

SO sorry for all you are going through and yes it is easy to use AL in those circumstances to help ease the pain....but the situation is still there later if you over do, plus you have a hangover to boot ! So be kind to yourself and try to moderate the AL. It really sounds as if you are doing well overall McDad .... Great !

Sorry for what you are going through Mcdad. I know what you mean too about wasting the nal. So far I don't think I have ever abstained after taking it. I have had quite a few AF days though, now that i have gotten started. When I decide on them I look forward to being nal free.........saves $, saves my nal supply, and also is supposed to make you feel better not to have the nal in your system although I have been fortunate not to notice much of a difference.
