Here my first week progress. I'm not sure what to say about these numbers. I experienced side effect where I felt nausea the first days and my stomach limited me to drink more. It's cool having my stomach limit myself but I don't think is going to be like that the next weeks. I felt one evening craving even when I was drinking and it doesn't stop. I can felt craving during afternoon and I have to wait the evening to keep the same habit than before. My night returned to normal the last weekdays. I felt better the morning except today I'm a little hangover. I'm normally a video gamer, but Naltrexone seem to take on it more easier, I no longer feel I want to play anymore. It's like I think to play but I don't want to in the same time. I'm a big coffee drinker, I brew 10 cups every morning and I can start to feel that I can take less, I'm getting hungry before I finish my coffee. Same thing happen sometime with beer, I'm getting hungry while drinking. That's my main problem, I had an habit to feed myself with coffee the morning and beers the evening. Eating between and half of the time before going to sleep. I take Meal Replacement to complement the lack of vitamin I could have without (I'm not good at preparing dinner). I started too to take Milk Thistle (Found it to be good while visiting sinclairmethod.com site). I told my mother to take it too while waiting to see her doctor (end of may) to try to get naltrexone too because doctor test the liver before prescribing naltrexone. I finished to read the Book (The Cure for Alcoholism) except the Appendices. And I pass a lot of time reading progress on this forum.
