Thistime: I am just over 5 MONTHS on TSM and I would give ANYTHING and EVERYTHING for TSM to WORK for me. I have never had a honeymoon period or a decrease in consumption in all that time.
You are SO LUCKY that TSM is working for you and you are out of the HELL of ALCOHOLISM now. Don't throw it away, I swear I would never do that as I am ruining my health, relationships, life and at my wits end. Count your lucky stars!
NEVER go without the NALF or take the NAL!!!!
Nal On!

thistime, I am so glad that you looked to this forum for advice and decided to stay the course. I hope you nal has arrived. I guess it is a realization that is a bit hard to live with that there isn't an easy choice of us. BUT uncontrolled drinking is clearly the worst one. We've all been there and that's why we are here and looking for a way out. Hang in there. New life

hello Mate,

I didn't realise you always felt sick on the nalmefene. I'm in the uk but on Naltexone and whilst I had mild nausea and spaced out feeling when I first took it that went rapidly. I'd guess it would be worth starting at 25mg then upping?

I have zero side effects now, they stopped after a week
