I've been pretty happy the last three weeks. I've been going alcohol free throughout the week and drinking on the weekend. I wasn't going to drink this weekend because I ran out NAL and I'm waiting on my next shipment. Well, I went to a neighborhood BBQ and drank quite a bit on Saturday. I woke up hungover and started drinking again on Sunday around noon. Pretty disappointed in myself right now. Will it hurt that I didn't take my NAL? Will two days ruin the progress I've made in the past three months?

I don't really know but based on reports here and Eskapa's book there is a possibility that it could set you back, however the best thing to do to minimise the risk is to not drink again until you have some Nal. You're already doing 5 days AF so this isn't impossible.

Some people have reported drinking without nal, but they tend to eventually become readdicted. The research carried out on rats showed rapid readdiction once nal was withdrawn.

With 3 months under your belt I would NOT drink without Nal as you could undo all that you have worked so hard for. Always make sure you have enough of a supply when ordering more to get you through. I need to order mine soon as I only have about 2 months worth left.
Never leave home without your Nal...
Nal On!
