It is working for you Angelgirl. It seems slow but in the overall scheme of the wasted time we have all given to alcohol it will seem like nothing and so worth it when you get to where you want to be. Take care.

Week 10 was back down, hooray! Going AF one day certainly helped. It was not too hard and shooting for 2 AF days this week (crossing my fingers)!
Here are my results:

USA standard drinks:
Pre Naltrexone: 70 a week/10 a day
Week 1: 53 drinks in a week/7.5 a day
Week 2: 53 drinks in a week/7.5 a day
Week 3: 45 drinks in a week/6.5 a day
Week 4: 42 drinks in a week/6 a day
Week 5: 41 drinks in a week/5.8 a day
Week 6: 39 drinks in a week/5.5 a day
Week 7: 41 drinks in a week/5.8 a day
Week 8: 36 drinks in a week/5.1 a day (1 day AF)
Week 9: 44 drinks in a week/6.3 a day (0 AF)
Week 10: 36 drinks in a week/5.1 a day (1 day AF)

Thanks for all the kind words! Week 11 was my best week yet which I am very happy about. I might have been in the 20's even but I did have a little too much fun last night going to hear a live band with friends and drank more than I typically do. However I am still encouraged by my progress and it is liberating knowing I have more "power" over my drinking than I had pre Nal.
