Hello - I am new here and starting TSM today - I have been lurking and ordered my NAL and am ready - any words of wisdom would be great - I would also like a graph to track my progress - does anyone have a link? Hi there and welcome - the only words of advice that I can give, is to always wait an hour to drink after taking the Nal - sometimes it might mean white knuckling but you MUST do it !

Badger gave me a great graph thingie to fill in - try PM'ing him unless he sees this and might send you a link anyway .....

Good luck - I am about 5-6 weeks in and wish it would go faster ! But my intake did go down the first week and has stayed down pretty much apart from this past week but I have home stuff going on which is stressing me out - that is why I think my intake went up anyway (even though it wasn't a lot, it didn't go down and this was the first week that has happened)
