2) 35. 6) 36 10) 40 14) 41 18) 53
3) 41. 7) 53 11) 61 15) 51 19) 33.5 3 AF days
4) 37. 8) 60 12) 49 16) 44
I'm coming up on week 20, and was a binge drinker for 40 plus years. I can feel the NAL starting to work, in that I am having more frequent AF days and I think from this point forward I should see a steady drop in units. I realize that 20 weeks is still early given the years of heavy drinking, however I am definitely feeling different and am certain that I'm on the right path.

Good for you retread, very happy that TSM is kicking in for you. I agree that we need to be patient with the years of drinking we have had and just let the science do it's work. As they had said in another thread that most people took an average of at least 28 weeks or more. So stay the course and I will be following right behind ya!
Nal On!

Well done, yes 40 years is a big habit to change, I only had 20 and had already had some breaks in that time.

Hi Everyone, while I am starting to see progress and seem to be able to pretty much have AF days at will, I still have a long way to go. What has really changed is before this point one day of several beers would always lead to many more the next day. It's not like that anymore. I'm going to try to go AF for Lent. I know that this will be quite a challenge this early, and I won't get bummed out if it doesn't work out. Still, I'm going to try.
All the Best,
Retread
