I started NAL last October and my unit intake has gone from a low of 26 to a high of 61, this past week being 51. Probably 4 months total, following the Golden Rule without exception. I drank for over 40 years, slowly progressing from a weekend warrior to a daily drinker. I read frequently that the longer you drink the longer the extinction takes. I get the feeling though that I'm drinking out of pure habit, and that I could do more to limit and then stop. Should I redouble my efforts to cut down and have more AF days? Or just let the NAL work over time and not worry over it. Any thoughts? Retread
