I have not had an AF day in a long time so Nal+Drink makes me sleepy and I find I am sleeping for 12+ hours lately. I go to be early and I don't sleep through the night as I wake up 10-15 times with my hot flashes but I find I don't get up until late. I have read others that need more sleep with taking Nal. Anyone else find that the Nal has made them need more sleep than Pre-Nal?

I find myself sleeping like a baby now, 8 hours solid or more. Something I could never do pre-nal. I like it and think it's beneficial for me. Is there a chance that your body needs it? That it's your body trying to repair itself? Nal-on!

could it be that because of your interrupted sleep, you need more? & because you're away from home without any commitments, you are able to sleep later?

That could be it too badger but when I do sleep it seems to be more of a drugged deep sleep.

Pre nal my sleep was awful, wake up at 1 or 2 and lay awake for hours then finally wake up tired........then drink myself to sleep (again).

Nal + Al I sleep pretty well, but yes it feels "drug induced". Towards morning I'm sleeping like a rock and DO NOT want to get out of bed, and weekends I sleep in.

I have only been AF since Sunday and I'm sleeping OK, somewhat fitful with intense dreaming, but I feel god to go when I get up so it must be an improvement on some level.
