AreaNalCo, when I started I took a 1/2 dose on my first day, waited an hour or so with no ill feeling, then took the other half

That day I had 2.2 USA drinks and didn't want any more due to very mild nausea and feeling kinda "spacey" for want of a better adjective.

From there it's been as Eskapa's book says, the SE grew less and less, and by the end of the first week I didn't notice much of anything on Nal, still don't.

I've now done 25mg, 25mg and a 50mg yesterday. Haven't felt nausea or spacey or similar, though I felt incredibly tired throughout the next day each day. That can partly be the alcohol, but it just seems a lot more bluhhhh than from alcohol, if you know what I mean. But like I said earlier, was glad that someone noted that the SEs would ease, as it was useful info. Makes me bit more determined to press on with the experiment

That may have been a nal-over. A number of people have observed that hangovers are worse with nal.

Lots of things are worse with nal. That's kind of the point, if you think about it.

Nal-overs aren't something you adjust to, exactly, but they will get better as your drinking decreases.
