Honestly, I don't think clinical studies have investigated the full range of response time, and in practice, the anecdotal experiences of individuals who have applied TSM should not be dismissed. It sounds like your doctor is confusing clinical trial time frames with actual success or lack of success time frames, and they are not the same thing. The first proves or disproves efficacy, and the second is based on real world application and will include variable such as strength of addiction, duration of addiction, and genetic differences between individuals.
