Interesting topic.

Just to clarify I went even lower and no more nalovers -for me they were just absolutely random, and I couldn't correlate it with actual alcohol drunk, sometimes it would be a low amount, other times not at all or when intake was higher.

Yeah, far safer not drinking at all and that's what it did - it encouraged me to have more AF days.

I did also start controlling my caffeine intake around that time, I've always alternated decaff/water with coffee so not even sure that had an effect. They were just completely random.

I have also had a day during my AF period when I woke up feeling just like I would hungover, headache, wretching, and no nal or alcohol consumed for a long time.

Perhaps it happens to non-alchies too!

Triplab, I can't help wondering if a No-Doze or similar would alleviate your symptoms. Is it worth a try? I mean, since you're not trying to ditch caffeine. There's nothing inherently wrong with extinguishing caffeine-seeking, but it might make this period rougher.

Hi melissa1928, that's an interesting thought. I have not taken caffeine pills since high school. And never the normal amount lol. I am not trying to quit caffeine per se, but it has been at a pretty unsustainable level for a long time and I can only imagine what it had done to my CNS especially with the fire hose doses of daily booze. That said, if I feel even the slightest twinge of caffeine withdrawals affecting my TSM progress I will set up camp at Peet's and bring a funnel ;)

Cheers!
