Wow, just read a lot of this thread plantrpr0 and it is so encouraging. I am only on my 2nd week of TSM and just read "The Cure for Alcoholism" today. I had some bad side effects on 50 mg for the first 2 days so went down to 12.5 mg and have only upped to 25 mg for a few days. I am hoping to upp my dose to 50 mg maybe in a day or two. I created a spread sheet for myself to track the Date, my Dosage, Units, Side Effects & Totals for each Week.
I will have to start a Thread like you did as it may give new people encouragement like yours has for me.
Thank You for sharing your TSM journey.

Ty Melissa. I realize it was because of you and your efforts this board was available to me. My recovery may not of ever happened if it wasn't for your selfless sharing and dedication to keeping this room alive and open. I acknowledge how much time you must of put into it. Even thou your recovery was complete and their was no reason for you to hang around and help. I bow to you in appreciation of all you've done for me in helping me regain my life............. Ty again.

How about joining me as we give Melissa a big standing applause for being the best moderator we could ask for! Everyone needs to understand that this room isn't funded. There's no big corporation supporting it or any guidance I know of from Dr Eskapa. It makes no sense to me why this is our current reality, but it is. We are the lucky ones thou and have found our way here and can benefit from it. So, although it may not be the biggest and most active room. It is with out a doubt in my mind, a room that shows the best way I know of to regain your life from alcohol dependency. Lets continue to keep Melissa's work for TSM alive and get the word out. Document your experiences for OTHERS to learn from and keep this method alive for OTHERS to find and implement. Without your postings, this room will die because it works by a revolving door of experienced participants leading newer ones. Once cured theirs another life to participate in. Peace.

Melissa should be congratulated, she's done good work here.

You are absolutely correct that it is a fairly quiet board, but those that have succeeded with this method and post are way helpful.

Wow, guys, thanks!

I don't really do all that much. I just check each day to see if anyone's complaining; usually nobody is. :D I didn't set this up, don't own it, don't fund it, etc.

Hey I'm thankful to everyone posting here, and I haven't even been able to start yet.

I'm still waiting on my order to show up in tracking. Starting to worry I'll have to reorder.

Quick question, as your af days have materialised do you stop taking the Nal or take the pill and just end up not drinking.

John
