Thought I'd put this under another topic.
I started TSM 2 nights ago, no major side effects so far which is good.
Felt slight nausea today, which has put me off smoking cigarettes.
I gave up 9 years ago, but took up smoking again when i went into treatment 4 months ago.
Would it be stupid to try and not smoke while I'm at the beginnings of the TSM process?

I don't think it matters. I've heard people say it's a bad idea due to too much change at once, but since smoking increases alcohol cravings and alcohol increases nicotine cravings, I think it's probably a good idea to address both problems at the same time. They are separate addictions, but for most people they are pretty intertwined.

NAL put me completely off coffee since starting. I wasn't trying to quit coffee; it just happened. I think as long as it feels like you're just obeying your body's natural inclinations rather than forcing a change, why not just call it a bonus?
