Hi,

I know the recommended dose is 50 mg, but is it safe to take 25mg? Or does one run the risk of becoming "re-addicted" at the 25 mg dosage?

Thanks,

JOhn

Are you having a bad reaction?

Most of us start at 25mg to check for bad reactions, then go to 50mg if the 25mg is tolerated well. 50mg provides enough coverage for most people (though some need more), so it's the target.

If you're average, 25mg may very well not be enough. You'd experience some of the old euphoria, and . . . yeah, you'd risk being readdicted.

If you're having a bad reaction to the 50mg, there are others who've had such reactions and can share how they dealt with it.

I took 25mg, waited an hour, took another 25mg, waitrd another hour and then had alcohol. Seemed to have fewer side effects thqat way. Definitely less nausea.

I remember reading a while back about someone who said she actually did better on 25 mgs, but I'm not sure it is worth the risk. Iam just now learning which dose is the most tolerable for me. My question lies with body size, etc. For instance, I seem to do best with low levels of most medications, so does that mean that 25 will be enough for me as I am very afraid to take 50 mgs.. I look forward to your posts and wish you both the best. Keek
