Hi DanaScully - Glad you were able to get your Nal ordered. I just reorderded some from All Day and it came no problem. I also ordered some hydrocortisone (for adrenal fatigue) and it was "in customs" but made it out okay! :-)

Stupid question Maggie - when you all describe your alcohol intake in the sig line, how much alcohol is a unit? Thank you! <3

My doctor and I worked out my units based on the book, but I can't remember which chapter it was offhand. Since I'm only a wine drinker, we did it for wine. 1 bottle of wine = 5 units, or slightly over 5oz of wine per unit. It's easier for me to keep track by the bottle, as I found I would cheat and think I was drinking less, when I was actually pouring more.

I believe the other US measures are 1oz. hard liquor = 1 unit, 1 average bottle of beer = 1 unit. The US and UK measures are slightly different.

Hope that helps.
