Association of µ-opioid receptor (OPRM1) gene polymorphism with response to naltrexone in alcohol dependence: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Have you heard of this?
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22515274

Do people with certain genes respond better than others to the Sinclair Method , or do some people just respond quicker than others but in the end everyone is able to benefit from Naltrexone?
